誰がために鐘は鳴る？――大規模な自動OPR不正集団を暴く
摘要：本调查报告揭露了一场由中国27名以上启蒙军（ENL）探员协同参与的行动；他们被怀疑利用AI驱动的自动化和旧有的串审数据库“BrainStorming”，操纵Ingress的Wayfarer/OPR系统。这群人以统计上不可能的审核速度，实际上将战略性垃圾Portal的批准“工业化”，同时有系统地将审核机制武器化，拒绝抵抗军（RES）的有效申请。这不仅是一次基于阵营的操纵，更展示了一种可规模化、威胁Niantic Spatial数据库完整性的手段。我们发布此报告，是为了提醒全球社区与Niantic Spatial：人参与审核的系统存在一处关键漏洞。
1. 序幕：关乎存亡的威胁
2026年2月4日，中国Ingress社区的平静被打破。
以编造和涉嫌IWWC欺诈闻名的玩家Pu******被封禁仅20天后，一桩新的巨大丑闻浮出水面。
证据不需要内部泄密。只需要一台计算器。
2. 铁证：不可能的数学
起因是抵抗军聊天群里分享的几张截图。Ingress最近的3.4.1更新让玩家能够看到各级奖牌解锁的确切日期。

即使宽松地假设一致率为50%（Great评级），每天也需要审核1,428项。
即使以每项15秒这种超人的速度审核，冒着触发冷却和验证码的风险，也需要每天不停地审5个多小时。
这现实吗？对于一个有工作的人类？不现实。
3. “5小时×7天”的神话
我知道肝Recon是什么滋味。我曾为一顶Wayfarer官方帽子欠下1,600分，用了三个月才还清。我审核得很认真。但@Ex************这位探员，只用3天就完成了我几个月的成果。
每天审核1,250多项，每项15秒，连续一周，还不触发Niantic的反作弊冷却——人类不可能保持这样的节奏。

“剥去借口，数字只指向一个现实：
BS系统没有死，它进化了。它与AI Agent结合了，比如最近的Clawdbot。
代码：ENL开发者编写了自动操作浏览器的脚本。
大脑：AI利用历史“BrainStorming”数据库决定：“有利于ENL？通过。RES地盘？拒绝。”

公平游戏的ENL：不愿作弊的人，也被与这股腐败联系在一起。
Niantic Spatial：其“Lightship”数据库正被垃圾填满。他们想出售“现实世界元宇宙”，数据库却在变成由假咖啡店和不存在的雕像堆成的数字垃圾场。
8. 调查：“先知小队”
发现异常后，一群中国RES玩家成立了“先知小队”。
4天里，44位探员顶着服务器卡顿和冷却，人工核查了800多份ENL档案。
我们认定了27名已确认的作弊者，名单现已交给NIA Spatial。
9. 结语：“这是一次警告”
回顾这次调查，我对结果毫无喜悦。
这让我想起《最终幻想VII：圣子降临》的开场白：“每次战斗都会带来悲伤……将野心与悲痛一并吞没。”
我只感到失落。这27位探员中，有曾经知名、受人尊敬的人物。其中有些是才华出众、能写出漂亮代码的程序员，却可悲地选择了更黑暗的道路。
他们的手段揭示了游戏方式令人不安的演变，暴露出一种威胁OPR平台根基的系统性风险。
速度不等于质量
瞬间清空积压听上去很美，但代价是什么？AI“幻觉”真实存在。自动化脚本基于有缺陷的数据审核数千个Portal时，不仅会犯错，还会规模化放大错误。垃圾进，垃圾出，而且是超音速。
偏见的工业化
串审圈子，也就是抱团投票的小团体，一直存在。但用AI将其自动化，便移除了人力瓶颈。过去需要几十人协调的事，现在一个脚本就够了。偏见不再只是局部的麻烦，而成了可自动运行、可规模扩张的武器。
人的参与不可妥协
OPR/Wayfarer的核心理念是“人工审核”。我们正在训练Niantic的数据集。若玩家被无人监督的脚本替代，数据质量就会立即下降。如果Niantic Spatial想用AI审Portal，他们会用自己的企业模型，而不是玩家为获取游戏优势而运行的廉价、带偏见的第三方脚本。
对全球的警告
别误会：这不只是“中国问题”。这里使用的工具——浏览器自动化、AI视觉API、共享数据库——世界各地的任何人都能获得。如果这种“高效作弊”模式在中国成功，它就会被复制到欧洲、美洲乃至更多地方。
AI驱动，还是AI操纵
我们理解Niantic想构建一张“AI驱动”的世界VR地图。但由AI辅助的系统，和被AI操纵的数据库，有着关键区别。我们不是来羞辱特定个人，而是要指出一种现象：当“现实世界”数据库成为机器人的游乐场，游戏就结束了。

TL;DR: This investigative report exposes a coordinated operation by 27+ Enlightened (ENL) agents in China who are suspected of leveraging AI-driven automation and a legacy collusion database ("BrainStorming") to manipulate the Ingress Wayfarer/OPR system. By achieving statistically impossible review speeds, this group has effectively "industrialized" the approval of strategic portal spam while systematically weaponizing the system to reject valid Resistance (RES) submissions. This is not merely an instance of faction-based Manipulation; it is a proof-of-concept for a scalable threat to the integrity of Niantic Spatial's database. We present this report to warn the global community and Niantic Spatial about a critical vulnerability in human-in-the-loop review systems.
1. The Prologue: An Existential Threat
The peace of the Chinese Ingress community broke on February 4, 2026.
Just 20 days following the ban of Pu******—an infamous player with a reputation for fabrication and alleged IWWC fraud—a massive new scandal has emerged.
The proof didn't require inside leaks. It only required a calculator.
2. The Smoking Gun: Impossible Math
It started with a few screenshots shared in a Resistance chat. Thanks to a recent Ingress 3.4.1 update, players can now see the exact date specific medal tiers were unlocked.

3. The "5x7 Hour" Myth
I know what it takes to grind Recon. I once owed 1,600 points for a Official Wayfarer Cap and it took me three months to pay it back. I review carefully. But this agent, @Ex************, accomplished in 3 days what took me months.
To maintain that pace—1,250+ reviews daily, 15 seconds each, for a week straight without triggering Nia's anti-cheat cooldowns—is humanly impossible.

Context: For years, Chinese ENL have operated a tool called "OPR BrainStorming" (BS). It’s an IITC plugin that records review data and shares it. If a senior player rates a portal 5 stars, the plugin show it to everyone, and else might do the same.
They call it "Collective Wisdom"; But we call it Review Ring/Collusion.
In April 2025, the BS system abruptly—and quite miraculously—declared a 'permanent shutdown'

The BS system didn't die; it evolved. It was integrated with AI Agents (like the recent Clawdbot).

We have cases where a "Guide Map," a "Red Boat," and a "Power Box" were all marked as duplicates of a nearby portal. This requires 10-20 reviewers to all make the same "mistake." The Resistance: We can't get portals approved, and our existing ones are vandalized.
Fair-Play ENL: Those who don't want to cheat are associated with this rot.
Niantic Spatial: Their "Lightship" database is being filled with garbage. They want to sell a "Real World Metaverse," but their database is becoming a digital landfill of fake coffee shops and non-existent statues.
8. The Investigation: "Prophet Squad"
After noticing the anomalies, a group of Chinese RES players formed the "Prophet Squad."
Over 4 days, 44 agents manually audited 800+ ENL profiles, battling server lag and cooldowns.
We identified 27 confirmed cheaters and the list is now with NIA spatial.
9. Conclusion: "This is a warning"
Looking back at this investigation, I take no joy in its conclusion.
It reminds me of the opening lines from Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children: 'With every battle comes sorrow... swallowing ambition and grief alike.'
I feel only a sense of loss. Among these 27 agents were figures who were once well-known and respected. Some of them are gifted programmers capable of writing brilliant code, yet—tragically—they chose to walk a darker path.
Their methods reveal a troubling evolution in how the game is played, exposing a systemic risk that threatens the very foundation of the OPR platform.
Speed is Not Quality
Clearing the backlog instantly sounds appealing, but at what cost? AI "hallucinations" are real. When an automated script reviews thousands of portals based on flawed data, it doesn't just make mistakes—it amplifies them at scale. Garbage in, garbage out, at supersonic speed.
The Industrialization of Bias
Collusion rings (voting cabals) have always existed. However, automating them with AI removes the human bottleneck. What used to require coordination among dozens of people now only requires one script. Bias is no longer a localized nuisance; it is now an automated, scalable weapon.
The Human Element is Non-Negotiable
The core philosophy of OPR/Wayfarer is "Human Review." We are training Niantic's dataset. If players are replaced by unsupervised scripts, the data quality degrades immediately. If Niantic spatial wanted AI to review portals, they would use their own enterprise models—not cheap, biased 3rd-party scripts run by players for in-game advantage.
A Global Warning
Make no mistake: This is not just a "China Problem." The tools used here—browser automation, AI vision APIs, and shared databases—are available to everyone, everywhere. If this "efficient cheating" model proves successful in China, it will be replicated in Europe, the Americas, and beyond.
AI-Driven vs. AI-Manipulated
We understand that Niantic wants to build an "AI-Driven" VR map of the world. But there is a critical difference between a system assisted by AI and a database manipulated by it. We are not here to shame specific individuals, but to highlight a phenomenon: When the "Real World" database becomes a playground for bots, the game is over.

背景：中国のENLは長年、「OPR BrainStorming」（BS）というツールを運営してきた。審査データを記録し、共有するIITCプラグインだ。ベテランがPortalに星5つを付ければ、プラグインが全員にそれを表示し、他の人も同じ評価をするかもしれない。
彼らは「集合知」と呼ぶが、私たちは組織的な審査共謀と呼ぶ。
2025年4月、BSは突然、そして実に不思議なことに、「永久閉鎖」を宣言した。

「言い訳を取り払えば、数字が示す現実は一つだ。
BSは死んだのではなく、進化した。最近のClawdbotのようなAIエージェントと統合されたのだ。
コード：ENLの開発者がブラウザー操作を自動化するスクリプトを作った。
頭脳：AIは過去のBrainStormingデータベースを使い、「ENLに有利？ 承認。RESの縄張り？ 却下」と判断する。
結果：人手ゼロで24時間365日動く自動審査工場。
現在明らかになっている証拠からすると、これが最も可能性の高い説明だ。
6. 「大局」：OPRシステムの武器化
この協調型自動化システムは何を実現したのか？
粗悪Portalの大量生産：自分たちに有利なら何でも承認する。小さな芝生に、ありふれた「健康器具」のPortalが何十個も並び、物資を稼ぐ密集ファームになっている。

7. 被害を受ける者
RES：Portal申請は通らず、既存のPortalも荒らされる。
公正に遊ぶENL：不正を望まない人まで、この腐敗と結び付けられる。
Niantic Spatial：「Lightship」データベースがゴミで埋まっていく。「現実世界のメタバース」を売りたいのに、データベースは偽のカフェや存在しない彫像が積み上がるデジタル廃棄場になりつつある。
8. 調査：「予言者チーム」
異常に気づいた中国のRESプレイヤーたちは、「予言者チーム」を結成した。
4日間で44人のエージェントが、サーバーの遅延とクールダウンに耐えながら、800件以上のENLプロフィールを手作業で調べた。
私たちは27人を確認済みの不正者と特定し、現在その一覧はNIA Spatialに渡っている。
9. 結び：「これは警告だ」
この調査を振り返っても、その結末に喜びはない。
『ファイナルファンタジーVII アドベントチルドレン』冒頭の言葉を思い出す。「戦いのたびに悲しみが訪れ……野心も悲嘆も等しく飲み込んでいく」。
ただ喪失感がある。27人の中には、かつて名を知られ、尊敬されていた人もいた。すばらしいコードを書ける才能あるプログラマーもいるのに、悲しいことに、彼らは暗い道を選んだ。
彼らの手法は、ゲームの遊ばれ方の不穏な変化を示し、OPRの土台そのものを脅かす構造的リスクを露呈している。
速さは品質ではない
滞留を一瞬で解消できるのは魅力的だが、代償は何か？AIの「幻覚」は実在する。欠陥あるデータを基に自動スクリプトが何千ものPortalを審査すれば、間違えるだけでなく、その誤りを大規模に増幅する。ゴミを入れればゴミが出る。それも超音速で。
偏見の工業化
審査で共謀する投票集団は、以前から存在した。だがAIによる自動化は、人間というボトルネックを取り除く。かつて何十人もの調整が必要だったことが、今はスクリプト一つで済む。偏見はもはや局地的な迷惑ではなく、自動化され、拡大できる武器になった。
人間の関与は譲れない
OPR／Wayfarerの中核思想は「人間による審査」だ。私たちはNianticのデータセットを育てている。プレイヤーが監督のないスクリプトに置き換われば、データ品質は直ちに低下する。Niantic SpatialがAIでPortalを審査したいなら、自社の企業向けモデルを使うだろう。ゲーム内の利益のためにプレイヤーが動かす、安価で偏った第三者スクリプトではない。
世界への警告
誤解しないでほしい。これは単なる「中国の問題」ではない。ブラウザー自動化、AI画像認識API、共有データベースといった道具は、どこにいる誰でも入手できる。この「効率的な不正」モデルが中国で成功すれば、欧州、南北米、さらにその先へと複製されるだろう。
AIで駆動するのか、AIに操作されるのか
Nianticが「AI駆動」の世界VRマップを作りたいことは理解している。しかし、AIが支援するシステムと、AIに操作されるデータベースには、重大な違いがある。特定の個人を辱めたいのではなく、ある現象を示したい。「現実世界」のデータベースがボットの遊び場になれば、ゲームは終わりだ。
NIA Spatialへ：
