想了想又都删掉了
该提的建议我提了，该当的坏人我也当了。
既然有了一个模棱两可的答案，
罪责怎么分，哪边责任更大，
也不是我一个外地玩家该管的了。
但是不发也难受
干脆只发一个目录吧。

以下为原文：
苏州碎片已经过去一周，而目前未见任何苏州碎片蓝军高层的复盘和说明。
鉴于本人亲历25年5月上海、天津两次碎片，又远程观摩了苏州碎片的惨败
看相关方又一次准备“黑不提、白不提”的就这么蒙混过关，觉得实在说不过去。所以写了本篇。
本篇主要涉及上海蓝军@genthz（以下简称ww老师）和@WILSEY1016（以下简称yj老师）。
当然，主要是前者。
0分溃败：一场早有预谋的惨案
众所周知，10月17日，苏州碎片战，蓝军大败，45比0。
三个碎片，每个15分，早早被绿军锁定，苏州场成为Day1全球蓝军输分最多的场次。
说是被剃了个精光🧑🏻🦲也不为过。
这让我想起了刚在名古屋亚运会上被“日本人”剃光头的“中国队长”

为什么呢
因为太像了，甚至苏州碎片战也掺杂一点“抗日因素”。
据传，王楚钦是上面有人的，因而有着无尽的政策、资源倾斜。
虽然球打的稀烂，但是依然能靠制度运作，确保自己“积分排名世界第一”，进而为国参战。
而苏州碎片的蓝军实际筹备者ww老师，不巧也带个”王“，也是混迹上海Ingress圈许多年的老人。
虽然上海长期绿的发亮（就是长期被压制），但是依然抢到了苏州碎片的蓝军指挥权。

为什么这么像，自然是我应邀拿老的天津psd改出了苏州版，顺便寄了宣传物料过去。
时间成本三个小时、物料成本300块钱。这是我对大陆蓝军的交代。
作为亲历前两次碎片战，并为本次苏州场提供后勤设计的旁观者，以下复盘皆基于交叉验证的客观反馈。
这篇复盘，也是我对大陆蓝军的交代。
战术复盘：失天时、无地利、弃人和
1.宣发召集 / 天时
二十多天的准备期，召集帖却到赛前四天才发布。而且口气生硬，像是在命令。

动员启动偏晚，压缩了安排行程、人员编组和培训的时间。
人数远不及绿军，不是蓝军怕输、不愿意来，是宣传出了问题。
大家看你这么大手一挥，这么晚发召集， 还就四行字。
觉得肯定是成竹在胸了呗，那去不去也无所谓。
前两周毫无动静，莫名其妙静默两周，也失去宣传准备期两周。
此之谓，失了天时。
2.前期筹备 / 地利
环太湖区域，一直是绿军优势。
且绿军各类玩家提前一周已经在斜塘活跃，并提前布置东沙湖—白塘的多条平行阻挡线。

在国庆节期间，绿军一波一波到达苏州，不知道散了多少把充电Key到全国的同时
蓝军阵营一片静悄悄，甚至连苏州本地蓝军老玩家都没有被动员。
此之谓，失了地利。
3.现场反应 / 人和
接到不止一个玩家反馈，在碎片开始前不足72小时，很多人才收到苏州碎片筹备组的邀约，邀请担任现场Intel职位。
各位的反应都是——周六就打了，周三才联系，那我们进去是干啥的。临危受命？救火队长？
另据时间线复盘，15:09Intel中已有防VRBB提醒，地面组没有响应，随后被绿军施放，此举严重压缩蓝军下一跳的操作空间。
问题不仅在手速，更在于命令发出后的执行和回馈。
当争分夺秒的命令，需要用明码的形式在COMM发出，那被对方抢先也没有什么好说的了。
尤其此前上海、天津碎片已有同类教训，却未转化为统一培训与明确SOP，说明过往教训全然没吸取到。
15:09:06.535 boIuo 占领了“大法螺”。15:09:07.237 yayapanda 摧毁了“身骑白马”上的一个共振器。15:09:07.919 anselhk [阵营] @GoldERequiem 信标15:09:08.146 DoriaSun 在“中国人寿宣传堡垒”上部署了一个共振器。15:09:09.156 JoannaLee99 在“中国人寿宣传堡垒”上部署了一个共振器。
加上招募Intel这种核心人员都只留了72小时，且地面还排挤自己不喜欢的资深蓝军进组。
此之谓，失了人和。
一步差,步步差
综上，苏州碎片战前期，绿军通过密集的招募通告、频繁的提前布线，把准备转化为实实在在的战场优势；
70蓝对阵130绿，这个人数差面前，谈战术其实有点天真。
出现局部寡不敌众、下来一面包车的绿军，也属正常。
天时、地利、人和
绿军三样全占、蓝军三样全无
苏州碎片，45比0，输的不冤
缄默与逃避：谁该为组织的失能买单？
谁负责宣发召集、筹备培训、现场组织，
谁就应说明对应环节为何失效。
不能把责任全部推给现场组，
也不能只找Intel背锅；
六七十名蓝军到场却遭零封，组织方（比如ww老师）应公开复盘，对可避免的失误道歉，并给出整改安排。
否则消耗的不只是一次胜负，还有玩家的信任。下次江浙沪再有对抗性的活动，怕是更少有人回应了。
当然，相关人士也可以用”收到了缄默令静止令“这种理由来搪塞
蓝圣帝君说了，这次碎片咱们就”战略放弃“
之前也有人这么用过。而且小圈子内还能维持住面子。
即便使出”静止令“，那也是个交代。
现在事情出了一周，依然没有交代。这不对。
假如，我是说假如，在一个平行宇宙中，蓝军两周不宣发准备，最后还赢了绿军。
那想必这时候已经在开香槟，用各种角度的战报疯狂表功了。
那回到现实，输了，就可以不言不语，默默这么混过去么
从25年上海、天津，再到这次的苏州，暴露出同样的问题。
古语有云，事不过三。
一次是偶然，两次是巧合，三次就没办法洗了吧。
如果仅仅是ww老师，中了绿军的柯南麻醉针/十香软筋散/陈鹤皋泥头车，或者收到了蓝圣帝君的”静止令“
导致失能两周之后，才想起要组织应战，也忘记了之前的教训，导致惨败。
那不会有本篇，本篇也不纠结于细枝末节
本篇的关注点很简单——
为什么迟了两周宣发，为什么没有培训到位？
更深层次的问题是，苏州碎片蓝军筹备组（比如ww老师），究竟是以怎样的心态准备这场碎片。
魔蓝Leader们（比如ww老师），为什么无法把和自己意见相左，但具备实战经验和参战热情的玩家组织起来。
去年参加上海碎片时，我就有感于上海蓝军的风气诡谲，感觉山头好多，关系很复杂。
如今一年半过去，经过IWWC、OPR大封禁、佛山MD、绿葱众多事件
苏州碎片这么一闹，倒是有拨云见日之感。
且听我慢慢分析。
这话还是得从一个人说起。
敌友倒置：被接纳的“内鬼”和被猎杀的“功臣”
妖精雨，aka SpiritRain
这位上海女玩家，有过诸多佳话。
比如，
“我当年是被老师邀请来管理上海蓝军社群的，
我进10群几乎和进内部群是同时的，
那时候游戏都没那么熟练就拿了上海蓝军最高的信息。”
——这是自豪得意。
又比如，
“上海蓝军当时我拍版用tg的”
——这是霸气外露。
再比如，她认为复旦18驴事件中，登山者不必为救援的警察的遇难道歉，并把事故说成是救援的警察自己的问题。
——这是冷酷无情。
过去的事抛去不谈，且看最近几年。
“妖精雨”自称跨阵营交友、保持中立，号称自己“深蓝”，
但后来被爆出长期在上海绿军核心群活跃，
甚至被绿军群里开玩笑说是——“绿军话事人”

我不知道妖精雨做了什么，能在核心绿军群内如此受欢迎。
可能是她长期获取、传递蓝军内部消息给绿军，反过来却对绿军信息守口如瓶；
也可能是她明知绿军对她现实世界中的蓝军朋友进行跟踪、偷拍以及网络空间侮辱时，却没有提醒告知。
这在绿军看来就是默许——我们可是在攻击你现实的朋友，你不说话，那看来你把绿军看的比现实朋友都重要。妥妥自己人了。
那么，单列一章，又写了这么多，
这个混在上海蓝军圈子的绿军妖精雨，究竟和苏州碎片有什么关系呢？
别急，这就快对上了。
在25年4月上海碎片之后，妖精雨写下长文，赞颂绿军威武，嘲讽蓝军失利。
文中明确写明——
“蓝绿2vs4，蓝军已然劣势。
但由于蓝军忘记使用beacon防vrbb，16:55分DyingPhantom很幸运地摸到了喷泉po，点亮了vrbb。
至此，这个碎片po几乎被判了死刑。”
注意，这是25年5月24日，上海碎片战，蓝军因没有防VRBB，失去得分机会。
这之后，25年5月31日的天津碎片战，同样的问题再次发生。
现如今，还是同样的剧本，在苏州再次上演。（巧合的是，这三次同样关于VRBB的教训，ww老师都亲自见证了。
妖精雨文章最后是这样写的——
“最后感谢baihou顶着巨大风险带妖来看了这么一场精彩的战斗，最后还被妖卖了个彻底蛤~”
我不知道这位名为baihou的玩家看到这篇嘲讽拉满的战报后心态崩没崩
换做我，得崩。
情景重现，换位思考一下——
我拉着一个说自己是蓝，结果背地里通绿的人打碎片。
她一方面说自己当年在蓝军可是大姐大了，另一方面又在上海绿军核心群组活跃。
让她见证了上海碎片绿军英勇的破坏了蓝军得分机会后，她还专门写文赞颂。
最后还不忘捅了我一刀，说了声——
”谢谢啊，让我看这场戏，还有写这文~“（本山语音包）
回到主题，
且不论上海蓝军高层（比如ww老师），在自己参与的两次碎片都踩坑VRBB后，奇迹般又一次掉了进去。
就只看上海蓝军高层（比如ww老师），如何回应妖精雨这种两面三刀，背地卖友的行径。
遗憾的是，妖精雨，这个金句频出的”前魔蓝大姐大““现魔绿话事人””，
依然被ww老师带领的上海蓝军高层接纳，”纯洁的仿佛像个孩子“。
这也引申出另一个问题——
如果一个人被明确证明有忠诚问题，那你作为阵营Leader，该如何对TA。
问题先放在一旁，写到这里我又想起一个人。
聊上海，这人也很重要。
LuvLetter，一个被上海玩家所非议的玩家。
我只见过一两次，算不上熟络。
但是鉴于绿葱、佛蓝都把我和他并列，
我也需要对他有个态度。
Luv老师很认真，也对这个游戏有自己的一套理解。
无论是他写的那篇《13年后的 Ingress：是长青的先驱，还是正在崩塌的乌托邦？》
还是他做了这次苏州碎片的详细拆解分析
观察问题的角度和为做的活动分析，我是佩服的。
当我在某个蓝军群问及，你们对Luv老师这么咬牙切齿是为什么时
得到ww老师的答复是”你不信问问，我们这谁不恨LuvLetter“这种回答
只有情绪没有证据，然后就没了。
人与人的悲欢并不相通，我知道你们恨Luv老师，但是你们总得给出理由吧
我一个相隔1000公里的天津玩家，看不到足够确凿的实锤，很难恨得起来啊
如果你们真的想让其他玩家同样记恨Luv老师，（哦对了还有东云龙老师）
那至少应该像我怼北蓝老李一样，写文章控诉一下吧。（写清楚前因后果、附上可以交叉验证的证据）
很遗憾的是，我至今也没看到LuvLetter老师值得被蓝军社群驱逐的实证。
我只看到ww老师组织一伙人，对Luv老师开展过一个名为”OP.微胖“的行动
主要目的是封住Luv的床Po（ie，给他点颜色看看。
比如这段Senaruk的发言——
转发自 ☁️ Senaruk我不妨把话说得再清楚一点：没错，上海蓝军为了 block 你甚至不惜与绿军合作。想必你早就发现了之前 Op.微胖 就是为了 block 你床这点醋包的饺子。你的小团体听你一面之词，误以为你受排挤仅因绿军迫害，甚至把上海蓝军社群大部队说成“小团体”。然而真相是，你过去在社群内的种种行为才导致现状，跟别人一起声讨其他作弊玩家并不足以洗白。反作弊不是挡箭牌，不要以为只要嗓门大就可以在声讨之余给自己翻案。
从这段话，我们可以解读出的信息有——
1.Luv老师也有团体，不是一个人。
2.Luv老师被绿军迫害是大家都承认的事实。
3.上海蓝军至少分两派，其中一派就包含了ww老师以及这个Senaruk。
4.这次行动竟然是蓝绿合作，也就是ww派为了对付Luv老师，竟然“不惜与绿军合作”。
一次蓝军的行动，竟然包含了绿军？
这种和对手联合，掉头来搞自己人的操作，
我想了想，貌似历史上的例子也确实有。
比如：
1.南宋与金朝：宋高宗与秦桧为了保住皇位、压制功臣，连发十二道金牌召回岳飞并将其害死，随后向宿敌金朝称臣求和。
2.吴三桂与清军：明朝灭亡后，山海关守将吴三桂为讨伐同为汉人政权的李自成农民军，大开关门引入宿敌满清入关。
3.晚清与列强：鸦片战争刚打完不久，清廷为了镇压内部的太平天国，转头向英法列强“借师助剿”，联合外敌围剿自己人。
不过，注意啊，历史上这么做事的，最后都死绝了。
而史书上的教训是这么写的——
优先级倒置：当内部竞争（派系争斗、皇位争夺、阶级矛盾）被当事者评判为生死存亡问题时，内部对手的威胁度会迅速超越外部宿敌。
借力打力：自己缺乏一击必杀的实力时，通过出卖利益（主权、金钱、战略屏障）换取外部强权的力量，来达成内部清算。
连锁后果：这类操作绝大多数会导致“饮鸩止渴”——外部势力在消灭了你的内部对手后，往往会顺手将你一并吞并或傀儡化。
翻完史书，回到现实。

那现在的问题又来了，
面对你个人不喜欢，但也是代表了部分有生力量的蓝军，作为蓝军Leader，你该怎么对TA？
妖精雨和Luv老师，
都是上海“蓝军”，
一个实锤通绿、踩坑战报嘲讽拉满的玩家，被高层当作纯洁的孩子接纳；
而一个持续产出深度分析、被对手重点盯防的有生力量，却要被蓝绿联合发起行动打压。
最基本的逻辑，得出最基本的可能就只有两种——
A.上海蓝军高层帮亲不帮理，私心过重。
B.上海蓝军高层已被绿军渗透，心向绿军。

我希望是A，可这已经不是简单的私心，而是彻底的优先级倒置。
但是老实说，B的可能性虽然小，但绝不是0。

权力解体：无战绩、无选票、无绩效的所谓“正统”
大概是2019年，天津准备办IFS，
当时拉了一个等级不高的新人绿军当绿POC。
之后绿军阵营很快就传出话来，口径是——
“他凭什么代表天津绿军阵营”（和你们合作搞IFS）？
这个问题，摆到现在的上海蓝军社群就会是——

按那个从上海走出去的那位“三个代表”的提法，我也仿写了一个”硬格瑞斯三个代表“：
代表本地社群先进生产力的发展要求（顺应社群发展规律，解放和发展社群生产力：周边、二创、科技树）
代表本地社群先进文化的前进方向（体现面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来的社群文化：友好的社群氛围、不作弊的社群文化）
代表本地最广泛玩家的根本利益（一切从玩家的利益出发，让发展成果惠及全体玩家：游戏内的互通有无、游戏外的互帮互助）
那请问你们号称魔都蓝军正统大部队的那些，你们在这三条上有什么成果呢？
你们是搞活了社群？上海社群生机勃勃了？
（现在打开IITC可见，上海绿的发亮）
还是创造了魔蓝文化，让其他地方艳羡？
（旧上海微信公号已注销，倒是刚刚新建一个）
还是提高了本地蓝军玩家的游戏体验？
（连同绿军搞内斗，真有你们的）
恕我直言，我只看到了全方位的拉胯。
那又怎么能说你们就代表了上海呢？
上海就应该让你们这么嚯嚯下去么？
尾声：做错要认，不行下课
本篇因一周未见苏州碎片复盘而起，
从天时、地利、人和三方面简要分析了直接的失利原因。
进而将问题集中到负责筹备这次苏州碎片的上海蓝军Leader们。
提出——
上海部分蓝军跟绿军私相授受、不清不楚
有号称“深蓝"的玩家长期活跃在绿军核心群
蓝军伙同绿军一起行动搞内部斗争
这些根本问题
最后的结论是——
上海蓝军所谓“正统高层”
既没有“血槽”（数据拉胯，不敢与对方阵营正面交锋）
又没有“选票”（得不到最广泛玩家的真心拥护）
更缺乏“绩效”（无法在游戏地图上展现优势）。
他们唯一的权力来源，只剩下“熬出来的资历”以及“通过造谣和排外维持的粉圈式控制”。
当一种高层既无法对外提供战斗力，又无法对内提供服务，甚至开始“借敌人的手清理内部高效能玩家”时，
在历史或社群的演进中，这种权力就已经注定走向衰亡与解体了。
”做错就要认、挨打要立正“

I'd written quite a lot,

A week has passed since Suzhou's shard battle, with no review or explanation from its Resistance leadership yet.
Having personally attended the Shanghai and Tianjin shard battles in May 25 and watched Suzhou's rout remotely,
seeing those involved apparently prepare to muddle through again without saying a word is simply unacceptable. That's why I wrote this.
This article mainly concerns Shanghai Resistance @genthz ('ww-sensei' below) and @WILSEY1016 ('yj-sensei' below).
Mainly the former, of course.
A Zero-Point Rout: A Disaster Long in the Making
As everyone knows, Resistance lost Suzhou's October 17 shard battle, 45 to 0.
Three shards, 15 points each, were secured early by Enlightened, making Suzhou Resistance's biggest point loss worldwide on Day1.
Calling it a complete shave 🧑🏻🦲 wouldn't be an exaggeration.
It reminded me of the 'Chinese captain' just given a clean shave by a 'Japanese player' at the Nagoya Asian Games.
STARSANA
Why?
Because it's so similar; Suzhou even had a little 'anti-Japanese' element mixed in.
Rumor has it Wang Chuqin has connections above, bringing endless favorable policies and resources.
Though he plays atrociously, institutional machinery can still ensure he's 'world number one on points' and gets to represent the country.
Suzhou's actual Resistance organizer, ww-sensei, also happens to have a 'Wang' in his name and has spent years in Shanghai's Ingress scene.
Shanghai has long glowed green—that is, been suppressed—but he still seized Resistance command for Suzhou.

They're similar because I was invited to adapt my old Tianjin PSD into Suzhou's version and sent promotional materials along too.
Three hours of time, 300 yuan in materials. That's my contribution to mainland Resistance.
As someone who experienced the previous two battles and provided logistics design for Suzhou, I base this review on cross-checked, objective feedback.
This review is another part of that duty to mainland Resistance.
Tactical Review: Bad Timing, No Terrain Advantage, Abandoned Unity
1. Publicity and Recruitment / Timing
Over twenty days to prepare, but the recruitment post appeared only four days before the battle. Its tone was stiff, almost commanding.

Late mobilization squeezed the time available for travel plans, team assignments, and training.
Being far outnumbered wasn't because Resistance feared losing or didn't want to come; publicity had failed.
People saw this grand wave of the hand, such a late call, and just four lines,
and thought: surely you've got it all worked out. It won't matter whether we go.
Two weeks of inexplicable silence meant two weeks of publicity preparation lost.
That is losing the advantage of timing.
2. Advance Preparation / Terrain
The area around Lake Tai has always favored Enlightened.
Enlightened players of all kinds were active in Xietang a week ahead, preparing multiple parallel blockers between Dongsha Lake and Baitang.

During the National Day holiday, wave after wave of Enlightened came to Suzhou, distributing who knows how many recharge Keys nationwide,
while Resistance stayed silent; even local veteran players weren't mobilized.
That is losing the terrain advantage.
3. On-Site Response / Unity
More than one player told me many people weren't invited to serve as on-site Intel until fewer than 72 hours remained.
Everyone's reaction: 'Saturday's the battle, and you contact us Wednesday—what are we supposed to do?' 'Emergency command?' 'Fire brigade?'
A timeline review also shows an Intel warning against VRBB at 15:09, with no ground-team response; Enlightened then deployed one, severely constraining Resistance's next-jump options.
This isn't just about tapping speed, but execution and feedback after an order.
If a time-critical order has to go out in plain text on COMM, there's little to say when the other side moves first.
Similar lessons from Shanghai and Tianjin never became common training or a clear SOP, showing those lessons weren't absorbed at all.

Add just 72 hours to recruit core Intel staff, while the ground team excluded experienced Resistance players it disliked.
That is losing unity.
One Wrong Step, Then Another
In short, Enlightened converted preparation into concrete battlefield advantages through frequent recruitment notices and advance linking.
70 blue against 130 green: tactics talk is rather naive before that gap.
Local numerical disadvantages, and a vanload of Enlightened arriving, were unsurprising.
Timing, terrain, unity:
Enlightened had all three; Resistance had none.
Suzhou, 45 to 0. No injustice in that defeat.
Silence and Evasion: Who Pays for Organizational Failure?
Whoever handled publicity, recruitment, preparation, training, or on-site organization
should explain why their part failed.
You can't put it all on the ground team,
nor make Intel the sole scapegoat.
Sixty or seventy Resistance attended and were shut out; organizers such as ww-sensei should publicly review it, apologize for avoidable mistakes, and present corrective plans.
Otherwise, more than one match is lost: players' trust is spent too. The next competitive event in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai may get even fewer responses.
Of course, those concerned could dodge it by claiming they received a gag order 'standstill order'.
The Holy Blue Emperor declared this shard battle a 'strategic abandonment'.
Others have used that before. And kept face within their clique.
Even a 'standstill order' would be an explanation.
It's been a week, and there is still none. That's wrong.
Suppose—just suppose—in a parallel universe Resistance skipped two weeks of publicity and preparation and still beat Enlightened.
They'd surely be popping champagne now, boasting through reports from every angle.
Back in reality, can a loss simply be met with silence until it blows over?
Shanghai and Tianjin in 25, now Suzhou: the same problems.
As the saying goes, not a third time.
Once is an accident, twice a coincidence; a third is hard to whitewash.
If it were merely that ww-sensei had been hit by Enlightened's Conan tranquilizer dart, Ten-Fragrance Tendon-Weakening Powder, or Chen Hegao dump truck—or received the Holy Blue Emperor's 'standstill order'—
and, incapacitated for two weeks, only then remembered to organize a defense, forgetting earlier lessons and losing disastrously,
this article wouldn't exist, nor does it dwell on trivial details.
Its focus is simple:
Why was publicity two weeks late? Why was training inadequate?
The deeper question: what mindset did Suzhou's Resistance organizers, such as ww-sensei, bring to this battle?
Why can't Shanghai Resistance leaders such as ww-sensei organize players who disagree with them but have experience and enthusiasm?
At last year's Shanghai shard battle, I already felt its Resistance culture was strange: many factions, complicated relationships.
A year and a half later, after IWWC, the OPR ban wave, Foshan MD, and numerous Green Onion incidents,
Suzhou's affair feels like the clouds finally parting.
Let me work through it.
We have to begin with one person.
Friends and Enemies Reversed: The Accepted 'Mole' and the Hunted Contributor
妖精雨, aka SpiritRain.
This Shanghai woman player has many 'fine tales' to her name.
For instance:
'Back then, I was invited by a mentor to manage the Shanghai Resistance community,
I entered Group 10 almost at the same time as the internal group,
and had Shanghai Resistance's highest-level information before I was even very good at the game.'
—That's pride and self-satisfaction.
Or:
'I was the one who decided Shanghai Resistance would use Telegram.'
—That's swagger on full display.
Or her view that the hikers in the Fudan '18 hikers' incident needn't apologize for the rescuing police officer's death, framing it as the officer's own problem.
—That's cold-heartedness.
Leave the older stories aside; look at recent years.
妖精雨 claims cross-faction friendships and neutrality, describing herself as 'deep blue',
but was later revealed to have long been active in Shanghai Enlightened's core group,
where people even joked she was 'the Enlightened spokesperson'.

I don't know what made 妖精雨 so welcome in that core Enlightened group.
Perhaps because she regularly obtained and passed internal Resistance information to Enlightened, while keeping Enlightened information strictly secret in return;
or perhaps because, despite knowing Enlightened were following, secretly photographing, and insulting her real-life Resistance friends online, she gave them no warning.
To Enlightened, that is tacit approval: 'We're attacking your real-life friends and you say nothing, so you must value us more.' Definitely one of us.
After a whole section and so many words,
what does this Enlightened 妖精雨, mingling in Shanghai Resistance circles, have to do with Suzhou?
Patience; we're nearly there.
After the Shanghai shard battle in April 25, 妖精雨 wrote a long essay praising Enlightened's might and mocking Resistance's defeat.
It explicitly said:
'Blue versus green was 2vs4; blue was already disadvantaged.'
'But blue forgot to use a Beacon against VRBB, so at 16:55 DyingPhantom luckily reached the fountain Portal and activated a VRBB.'
'That practically sentenced the shard Portal to death.'
Note: this was May 24, 25, in Shanghai, when failing to guard against VRBB cost Resistance its scoring chance.
Then the same happened in Tianjin on May 31, 25.
Now that same script has played again in Suzhou. (Coincidentally, ww-sensei personally witnessed all three VRBB lessons.
妖精雨 ended her article like this:
'Finally, thanks to baihou for taking the huge risk of bringing Yao to see this wonderful battle—and then getting thoroughly sold out by Yao, ha~'
I don't know whether baihou's composure survived this report overflowing with mockery.
Mine wouldn't.
Recreate the scene; put yourself in his place:
I bring someone to shards who calls herself blue but secretly feeds green.
She boasts of once being blue's big sister while remaining active in Shanghai Enlightened's core group.
After witnessing Enlightened heroically destroy Resistance's chance to score, she writes a whole essay praising it.
Then she remembers to stab me once more with:
'Thanks for letting me watch this show, and write this piece~' (in Zhao Benshan's voice).
Back to the point:
Leave aside Shanghai Resistance leadership, such as ww-sensei, miraculously falling into the VRBB trap a third time after experiencing it twice.
Just look at how they respond to 妖精雨's duplicity and betrayal of friends behind their backs.
Sadly, 妖精雨, that endlessly quotable 'former Shanghai blue big sister' and 'current Shanghai green spokesperson',
remains accepted by ww-sensei's Shanghai Resistance leadership, 'as innocent as a child'.
Which raises another question:
When someone's loyalty has clearly been shown to be a problem, how should you treat them as faction leader?
Set that aside; writing this reminds me of someone else.
He matters when discussing Shanghai too.
LuvLetter —a player criticized by Shanghai players.
I've met him only once or twice; we're not close.
But since Green Onion and Foshan Resistance lump us together,
I need to state my view of him.
Luv-sensei is serious and has his own understanding of the game.
Whether his essay 'Ingress After 13 Years: An Evergreen Pioneer, or a Crumbling Utopia?' —
or his detailed analysis of Suzhou's shard battle,
I admire his perspective and the event analysis he produces.
When I asked a Resistance group why they hated Luv-sensei so bitterly,
ww-sensei answered, 'Ask around if you don't believe me—who here doesn't hate LuvLetter?'
Emotion, no evidence, and that was it.
People don't share each other's joys and sorrows. I know you hate him, but surely you need reasons.
As a Tianjin player 1000 kilometers away, without sufficiently solid evidence I find it hard to hate him.
If you really want other players to resent Luv-sensei too—and Dongyunlong-sensei, for that matter—
at least write an indictment, as I did against Beijing Resistance's Lao Li. (Explain the full context and include evidence that can be cross-checked.)
Unfortunately, I still haven't seen concrete evidence that LuvLetter deserves expulsion from the Resistance community.
What I have seen is ww-sensei organizing people for an operation called 'OP.微胖' against him,
mainly to block Luv's home Portal (i.e., teach him a lesson).
For example, this statement from Senaruk:

What we can read from it is:
1. Luv-sensei has a group; he isn't alone.
2. Everyone acknowledges Enlightened's harassment of Luv-sensei.
3. Shanghai Resistance has at least two camps, one including ww-sensei and Senaruk.
4. This operation was actually cross-faction: ww's camp was willing to work with Enlightened against Luv.
A Resistance operation including Enlightened?
Joining the opponent to turn on your own,
come to think of it, does have historical precedents.
For example:
1. Southern Song and Jin : To preserve the throne and suppress a meritorious commander, Emperor Gaozong and Qin Hui recalled Yue Fei with twelve gold orders and had him killed, then submitted to their old enemy Jin to seek peace.
2. Wu Sangui and the Qing Army : After Ming fell, Shanhai Pass commander Wu Sangui opened the gates to the old Manchu enemy to fight Li Zicheng's peasant army, another Han regime.
3. Late Qing and Foreign Powers : Not long after the Opium Wars, the Qing court borrowed British and French military help to suppress the Taiping rebellion, joining foreign enemies against its own people.
But remember: historically, those who did this all ended up wiped out.
The historical lessons read:
Reversed priorities : Once internal rivalry—factional strife, throne struggles, class conflict—is judged existential, internal opponents quickly become greater threats than old external enemies.
Borrowing external strength : Lacking the strength for a decisive blow, trade interests—sovereignty, money, strategic defenses—for foreign power to settle internal scores.
Chain consequences : Usually this is 'drinking poison to quench thirst': after removing your internal rivals, the outside power often swallows you too or turns you into a puppet.
Close the history book; back to reality.
Luv-sensei is now Enlightened's public enemy,
an insider whom 'orthodox Shanghai Resistance' can't wait to eliminate.
He often sparks arguments in groups.
So here is the question again:
As Resistance leader, how should you treat a blue player you personally dislike but who represents a real, active force?
妖精雨 and Luv-sensei
are both Shanghai 'Resistance'.
One, with proven green connections and a report mocking blue's failures to the fullest, is welcomed as an innocent child;
the other, an active contributor producing deep analysis and closely targeted by opponents, faces a joint blue-green operation to suppress him.
Basic logic leaves only two basic possibilities:
A. Shanghai Resistance leadership favors friends over principle and is too self-interested.
B. Shanghai Resistance leadership has been infiltrated and is loyal to Enlightened.

So how does one represent a region's players?
Borrowing the 'Three Represents' formulation of that man who rose out of Shanghai, I've drafted 'Ingress's Three Represents':
Represent the developmental needs of the local community's advanced productive forces. (Follow community development, liberate and develop its productive forces: merchandise, fan creations, and technology trees.)
Represent the forward direction of the local community's advanced culture. (A culture facing modernization, the world, and the future: a friendly atmosphere and a culture without cheating.)
Represent the fundamental interests of the broadest local player base. (Start from players' interests and share development's benefits with all: exchange supplies in-game, help each other outside it.)
Those claiming to be Shanghai Resistance's legitimate main force: what have you achieved on these three points?
Have you invigorated the community? Is Shanghai's community thriving?

Epilogue: Own Your Mistakes; If You Can't Do the Job, Step Down
This article began because a week passed without a Suzhou review.
It briefly examined the direct causes through timing, terrain, and unity,
then focused on the Shanghai Resistance leaders responsible for preparation.
It raised these fundamental issues:
Some Shanghai Resistance have murky private dealings with Enlightened;
a self-proclaimed 'deep blue' player is long active in green's core group;
blue joins green in operations for internal struggles.
These are the fundamental problems.
The final conclusion:
Shanghai Resistance's so-called 'orthodox leadership'
has no 'health bar'—poor stats, unwilling to face the other faction directly;
no 'votes'—no wholehearted support from the broadest player base;
and even less 'performance'—no advantage to show on the map.
Its only remaining sources of power are seniority accumulated by sticking around and fandom-style control maintained by rumors and exclusion .
When leadership can neither provide external fighting strength nor provide internal services and even begins using the enemy to purge effective players within —
then in the evolution of history or communities, that power is already doomed to decay and dissolution.
'Own your mistakes; stand straight and take the consequences.'
If you can't,
better to step down.

2. 事前準備／地の利
太湖周辺はずっと緑の優勢地域だ。
緑のさまざまなプレイヤーが1週間前から斜塘で動き、東沙湖―白塘間に平行する妨害リンクを何本も張っていた。

国慶節には緑が次々蘇州に来て、全国へどれほどリチャージ用キーを配ったか分からない一方、
青は静まり返り、地元蘇州の古参さえ動員されなかった。
これが地の利を失うということ。
3. 現地対応／人の和
複数のプレイヤーから、現地Intelを頼まれたのが開始72時間未満前だった人が多いと聞いた。
反応は皆、「土曜が本番で水曜に連絡？入って何をするの？」だった。「危機の中で任命される役？」「火消し役？」
時系列では15:09にIntel内でVRBB対策の注意があったが地上班は反応せず、その後緑が設置し、青の次のジャンプの選択肢を大きく狭めた。
手の速さだけでなく、指示後の実行と応答が問題だ。
一刻を争う指示をCOMMで平文送信するなら、相手に先を越されても言うことはない。
上海と天津の同じ教訓が共通訓練や明確なSOPになっていない。過去からまるで学んでいないということだ。

Intelという中核人員の募集にも72時間しか残さず、地上では嫌いな熟練青をグループから排除した。
これが人の和を失うということ。
一手違えば、次々違う
蘇州の戦前、緑は頻繁な募集告知と事前リンクで、準備を実際の戦場の優位へ変えた。
青70対緑130。この差の前で戦術を語るのは少し甘い。
局地的に数で負けたり、緑がバン1台分やって来たりしても当然だ。
天の時、地の利、人の和。
緑は3つともあり、青は3つともなかった。
蘇州45対0。負けるべくして負けた。
沈黙と逃避：組織の機能不全は誰の責任か？
広報、招集、準備、訓練、現地運営を担当した人は、
担当部分がなぜ機能しなかったか説明すべきだ。
地上班に全部押し付けても、
Intelだけを身代わりにしてもいけない。
青60、70人が参加して完封された。ww先生ら主催者は公開で振り返り、避けられた失敗を謝罪し、改善策を示すべきだ。
さもなければ失うのは一度の勝敗だけでなく、プレイヤーの信頼だ。次の江浙滬の対抗イベントには、さらに反応が減るだろう。
もちろん関係者は、「受け取ったのは緘口令ならぬ静止令だ」と言い逃れもできる。
青の聖帝君が、今回は「戦略的放棄」だと宣言したのだ。
以前にもそうした人はいた。内輪では面子も保てた。
「静止令」を出しても、説明にはなる。
今は1週間たっても説明がない。それはおかしい。
仮に、あくまで仮に、平行世界で青が2週間広報も準備もせず、それでも緑に勝ったなら、
今ごろシャンパンを開け、あらゆる角度の戦報で功績を誇示しているだろう。
現実では、負けたら何も言わず、やり過ごしていいのか。
25年の上海、天津から今回の蘇州まで、同じ問題だ。
古い言葉にも、三度目は許されないとある。
一度は偶然、二度は一致、三度では言い繕えないだろう。
単にww先生が緑のコナン麻酔針／十香軟筋散／陳鶴皋のダンプトラックにやられ、または青の聖帝君の「静止令」を受け、
2週間機能停止した末、ようやく応戦を思い出し、過去の教訓も忘れて惨敗しただけなら、
この記事はないし、細部にこだわる記事でもない。
焦点は単純だ――
なぜ広報が2週間遅れ、訓練が行き届かなかったのか？
より深い問題は、ww先生ら準備チームが、どんな心構えでこの戦いを準備したのかだ。
ww先生ら上海のリーダーは、意見は違っても実戦経験と熱意のある人を、なぜまとめられないのか。
昨年上海で戦った時点で、青の空気は妙で、派閥が多く、関係が複雑だと感じた。
1年半が過ぎ、IWWC、OPR一斉停止、仏山MD、绿葱の多くの事件を経て、
蘇州の一件で、ようやく雲が晴れた感じがする。
順に分析してみよう。
まず一人の話から始める。
敵味方の逆転：受け入れられる「内通者」、狩られる「功労者」
妖精雨、別名SpiritRain。
上海のこの女性プレイヤーには、数々の「佳話」がある。
たとえば、
「当時、先生に招かれて上海の青コミュニティを管理した。
10グループと内部グループには、ほぼ同時に入った。
ゲームにもそれほど慣れていないのに、上海青の最上位の情報を得ていた。」
――これは誇らしげな得意顔。
また、
「当時、上海青がTGを使うと決めたのは私だ。」
――これはあふれる覇気。
さらに、復旦の「18人の登山者」事件では、登山者は救助警察官の死を謝る必要がなく、事故は警察官本人の問題だとした。
――これは冷酷無情。
昔の話は置き、近年を見よう。
妖精雨は陣営を越えた交流と中立を自称し、「深い青」だと言うが、
後に、上海緑の中核グループで長く活動していたと明かされ、
その中では「緑の仕切り役」と冗談まで言われていた。

なぜ中核の緑グループでそこまで歓迎されるのか、僕は知らない。
もしかすると彼女が、青の内部情報を長期にわたり集めて緑へ流す一方、緑の情報は固く秘密にしたからかもしれない。
あるいは、彼女が知りながら、緑が現実の青の友人を尾行、盗撮し、ネットで侮辱していたことを、知らせなかったからかもしれない。
緑には黙認と映る。「現実の友人を攻撃しているのに何も言わないなら、友人より緑が大事なんだな」と。完全に身内だ。
一章を割いてここまで書いたが、
上海青に混じる緑の妖精雨と、蘇州に何の関係があるのか？
焦らずに。もうすぐつながる。
25年4月の上海戦後、妖精雨は長文を書き、緑の武勇を褒め、青の敗北をあざけった。
そこには明記されている――
「青対緑は2vs4で、青はすでに不利だった。
だが青がビーコンでVRBBを防ぐのを忘れ、16:55にDyingPhantomが幸運にも噴水ポータルへ届き、VRBBを点灯した。
これでシャードのポータルは、ほぼ死刑宣告された。」
注意してほしい。25年5月24日の上海で、青はVRBB対策をせず得点機会を失った。
その後、25年5月31日の天津でも同じことが起きた。
今また同じ筋書きが蘇州で演じられた。（偶然にもww先生は、この3回すべてのVRBBの教訓を直接見ている。
妖精雨の文章はこう終わる――
「最後に、大きなリスクを負って妖をこの見事な戦いへ連れてきて、最後には妖にすっかり売られたbaihouに感謝、はは～」
あざけり全開の戦報を見て、baihouという人の心が折れなかったか、僕は知らない。
僕なら折れる。
場面を再現し、立場を入れ替えてみよう。
青を名乗りながら裏で緑と通じる人を、僕がシャード戦に連れていく。
昔は青の姉御だったと言い、一方で緑の中核グループで活動する。
緑が勇ましく青の得点機会を壊すのを見せると、わざわざ称賛記事を書く。
最後に僕へ一刺しし、こう言う。
「ありがとね、この芝居を見せて、こんな文章まで書かせてくれて～」（趙本山の声で）
本題へ戻る。
ww先生ら上層部が2度経験したVRBBの落とし穴へ、奇跡的にまた落ちた話は置こう。
妖精雨の二枚舌と、陰で友を売る行為にどう対応したかだけ見よう。
残念ながら、名言続出の「元上海青の姉御」「現上海緑の仕切り役」妖精雨は、
ww先生率いる青の上層部に、「子供のように純粋」な存在として受け入れられている。
ここで別の問いが生まれる――
忠誠に問題があると明確に示された人に、陣営リーダーはどう向き合うべきか。
いったん置こう。ここまで書いて、もう一人思い出した。
上海を語るには、この人も重要だ。
LuvLetter――上海のプレイヤーから非難されるプレイヤー。
1、2回会っただけで、親しいとは言えない。
でも绿葱と仏山青が僕と彼を並べる以上、
僕も彼への立場を示す必要がある。
Luv先生は真剣で、このゲームへの独自の理解がある。
彼が書いた『13年後のIngress：常緑の先駆者か、崩れゆくユートピアか？』――
あるいは今回の蘇州戦の詳細な分析も、
問題を見る視点と、活動の分析には感服する。
ある青グループで、なぜそこまでLuv先生を憎むのかと聞くと、
ww先生の返事は「信じないなら聞いてみろ、ここでLuvLetterを嫌っていない奴がいるか」だった。
感情だけで証拠はなく、それきりだった。
人の悲喜は通じ合わない。嫌っているのは分かったが、理由は必要だろう。
1000キロ離れた天津の僕には、十分な確証もなく憎むのは難しい。
ほかの人にもLuv先生、そういえば東雲龍先生も、憎んでほしいなら、
僕が北京青の老李を批判したように、少なくとも告発記事を書くべきだ。（前後関係と、照合できる証拠を添えて。）
残念ながら、LuvLetterが青コミュニティから追放されるべきという確証は、いまだに見ていない。
見たのは、ww先生が人を集め、Luv先生に「OP.微胖」という作戦を行ったことだ。
主目的はLuvの自宅ポータルを封じること（つまり、目にものを見せること。
たとえば、このSenarukの発言――

ここから読み取れるのは、
1. Luv先生にも仲間がいて、1人ではない。
2. Luv先生が緑に迫害されていることは、皆が認める事実。
3. 上海青は少なくとも2派あり、片方にはww先生とSenarukがいる。
4. 今回は青緑の共同作戦で、ww派はLuv先生のために「緑との協力も辞さなかった」。
青の作戦に、緑が入っていた？
相手と組んで身内へ向かうやり方には、
考えてみると、歴史上にも確かに例がある。
たとえば、
1. 南宋と金：高宗と秦檜は皇位を守り功労者を抑えるため、12枚の金牌で岳飛を呼び戻して殺し、その後宿敵の金に臣従して和を求めた。
2. 呉三桂と清軍：明の滅亡後、山海関の呉三桂は、同じ漢人政権である李自成軍を討つため、門を開いて宿敵の満清を入れた。
3. 清末と列強：アヘン戦争から間もなく、清朝は太平天国を鎮圧するため英仏列強に軍事支援を求め、外敵と組んで身内を討った。
ただ、歴史上こうした連中は、最後には皆滅びたことを忘れずに。
歴史書の教訓はこうだ――
優先順位の逆転：内部競争、派閥争い、皇位争奪、階級対立を生存問題と見なすと、内なる相手の脅威が外の宿敵を急速に上回る。
外の力を借りる：一撃で決める力がなければ、主権、金、戦略的防壁などの利益を売り、外部の強者の力で内部を清算する。
連鎖する結果：多くは「毒を飲んで渇きを癒やす」結果になる。外部勢力は内敵を滅ぼした後、あなたも取り込むか傀儡にする。
歴史書を閉じ、現実に戻ろう。
Luv先生は今、緑の共通の敵で、
「上海青の正統派」が排除したがる内部の人間だ。
Luv先生はグループでよく議論を起こす。
そこでまた問いだ――
個人的には嫌いでも、一定の実働戦力を代表する青に、青のリーダーはどう接すべきか？
妖精雨とLuv先生は、
どちらも上海の「レジスタンス」だ。
緑との内通が確証され、失敗した戦報であざけり尽くす者は、純粋な子供として迎えられ、
深い分析を出し続け、相手に重点警戒される実働戦力は、青緑共同の作戦で抑え込まれる。
基本的な論理から残る可能性は2つだけだ――
A. 上海青上層部は理より身内を優先し、私心が強すぎる。
B. 上海青上層部は緑に浸透され、心は緑にある。

Aであってほしいが、単なる私心を超えた、完全な優先順位の逆転だ。
正直、Bの可能性は小さくても、決して0ではない。
上海レジスタンス上層部IITCマップ上海レジスタンスの「正統」経歴、古参という資格三つの代表遅れた生産力を代表する内輪もめの文化を代表するごく少数の私益を代表するOP.微胖（「ちょいぽちゃ」）内輪もめ協力覚書自陣営の積極的なメンバーを抑え込むゲームの実績・APMU・戦功エンライテンドの大物たちよ、ご安心を。私がいる限りレジスタンスは必ず負ける！レジスタンス上層部PoLuv先生権力の源。「王権神授」なら血筋、「農民蜂起」ならHP。だが、私たちが見るのは――誰がより内輪もめに長けているかだ。
権力の解体：戦績も票も実績もない、いわゆる「正統」
2019年ごろ、天津はIFSを準備していた。
レベルの低い緑の新人を、緑POCに誘った。
するとすぐ、緑側からこう聞こえた――
「何の資格で天津エンライテンドを代表するのか」（あなたたちとIFSをやるのに）。

では、一地域のプレイヤーを代表するには何が必要なのか？
上海から出たあの人の「三つの代表」に倣い、「イングレス三つの代表」を作ってみた。
地元コミュニティの先進的生産力の発展要求を代表する。（コミュニティの発展法則に従い、生産力を解放・発展させる。グッズ、二次創作、技術ツリー。）
地元コミュニティの先進文化の進む方向を代表する。（現代化、世界、未来へ向かう文化。友好的な雰囲気、不正をしない文化。）
地元の最も幅広いプレイヤーの根本的利益を代表する。（すべてをプレイヤーの利益から考え、発展の成果を全員に。ゲーム内の物資融通、ゲーム外の助け合い。）
上海青の正統本隊を名乗る皆さん、この3点で何を成し遂げたのか？
コミュニティを活性化したのか？上海は活気に満ちているのか？
（今IITCを開けば、上海は緑一色。）
ほかの地域がうらやむ青の文化を作ったのか？
（旧上海WeChatアカウントは削除済みで、新しいものができたばかり。）
地元青のゲーム体験を良くしたのか？
（緑と組んで内輪もめ。大したものだ。）
率直に言うが、見えるのは全面的な駄目さだけだ。
それでどうして上海を代表すると言えるのか？
上海はこのままあなたたちに荒らされていいのか？
終章：間違いを認めよ、無理なら退場せよ
蘇州戦の振り返りが1週間出なかったことから、本稿は始まった。
天の時、地の利、人の和から直接の敗因を簡単に分析し、
準備を担った上海青のリーダーたちへ焦点を絞った。
提起したのは――
一部の上海青が緑と不透明な私的やり取りをしていること、
「深い青」を名乗る人が、緑の中核グループで長く活動すること、
青が緑と組んで内部抗争を行うこと、
という根本問題だ。
結論は――
上海青のいわゆる「正統上層部」には、
「体力ゲージ」がない（数値は弱く、敵と正面から戦えない）。
「票」もない（幅広いプレイヤーの心からの支持がない）。
「実績」はさらにない（地図で優位を示せない）。
残る唯一の権力の源は、「長く居座って得た古参の地位」と、「噂と排除で維持するファンダム式支配」だ。
上層部が、外へ戦闘力を提供できず、また、内へサービスも提供できず、さらに、「敵の手を借りて内部の有能なプレイヤーを排除する」ようになると、
歴史やコミュニティの発展の中で、その権力はすでに衰退と解体へ向かう運命にある。
「間違いは認め、殴られるときは姿勢を正せ。」
それができないなら、
退場したほうがいい。
