水上公园，原称青龙潭，可追溯至上世纪初。
1951年7月1日正式开放，有北方的小西子之称。
因其有东、西、南三大湖与11个岛屿组成，取名水上公园。
水上公园；西湖；东湖；水禽湖；天津动物园；水上公园西路；水上公园东路；宾水西道
园内景观、勒石众多，Portal密度也居津门前列。
前几日，@Xyinkl在日常刷po后，面对水面发出疑惑。
那水中分明有个不小的岛，而且分明有亭廊，有桥拱，有佛像。
但是为什么没有Po？
带着这个疑问，@lszvictor @43161364 @csdlbx 和 @Xyinkl 租了一艘船，踏上了XM调查之旅。

几人乘着船绕岛一周，发现佛像若干，亭子一个，拱桥一座，佛殿一个。
尤其是这尊佛像。位于北岛南岸，纯白大理石，目测一米左右。 建有两米以上的基座，基座明显是后来配上的。 雕像断左臂*，右手食指指地，高大威严，颇为古朴。

此岛甚妙，众人大喜，遂各个申领。
一个月过后，纷纷被拒。理由是，行人不可达。

上回说到众人乘船申po，但纷纷被拒。
@Xyinkl便从@43161364要到被拒的两张Po图，重新申请。
并反复阐明区位，解释条款。
Upgrade后，很快通过，且分数不低。
邮件收到，+1000AP，给钥匙。

但是却被提醒，Portal并没上线。。

先后查到
1.有些宝友会申po后上线有延迟。。原因是Portal数据并不会立刻同步到所有N家游戏，建议下个Ingress或者在IITC上看一下。。
2.Pokemon go用的区块要大于Ingress，所以不会显示所有Ingress的Portal
然并卵呢，这些答案。。
好在官方的Wayfarer论坛给了个差不多的答案。
［已知问题］升级审核延迟。NianticCasey-ING，534帖，Niantic管理员；2020年3月，2020年7月编辑。我们正在调查几项影响升级审核及时处理的问题。1．错误标记为含有不良词语：部分升级申请被误判含有不良词语，因而一直处于待处理状态。其中许多已人工审核，但如果你认为某个升级申请仍因此待处理，请编辑申请并重新提交审核。只要尚未进入投票阶段，就可以编辑文字。2．错误的不当行为标记：部分Wayspot被标记为OPR滥用，无法处理。被标记为滥用的候选点不仅要审查该点，还要全面审查提交者的历史，因此耗时更长。3．票数不足：部分升级申请已通过投票流程，但另一些还在等待足够票数才能继续。我们正在开发自动解决方案，同时已要求对部分升级申请进行人工审核。感谢你耐心等待我们解决这一问题。
邮件是中午一点收到的，发帖时间刚好就在当时的前两天，
确实也有通过Upgrade去提速。
大家都反应说收到了邮件，看不到上线，也没有钥匙。
原因呢，帖子说是Upgrade后收到的赞同数还不够多。。

但是人算毕竟不如天。

众人于是约了周日去“礼佛”
是日午时，五蓝一绿聚齐。
准备聚餐后再划船。
酒足饭饱后，众人慢悠悠往码头内移动。
到了码头，却发现无人售票。
只留一张牌子
“风大停船”
众人不死心，绕到另一个码头
牌子是一样的。
看船的大爷说

上回说到一群人去起八。
但是遇到风大停船，不能登岛
两周过去，又是一个周末。
@Xyinkl又开始在群内撺掇大家去划船。。
可惜因为上次的事故。大家积极性都不高
好在猩猩恰逢其时的推出了双倍活动。
每个人可以放两个八脚。
这下貌似只要4个人就能起八了。
可是依旧应者寥寥。。
周五晚，只有@csdlbx报名。。
md，只有两个人，咋起八。。难不成上BB？
等等，@Xyinkl考虑。
在每个人能放两个八的情况下，
先毒绿，再BB，俩人确实可以起八。。
但最后会留下个绿八。
而且租船130一小时，
难道要多花130块，并且在湖上飘一个多小时，等毒冷却？
周六上午，继续动员下，@Xiaobo2hhh表示可以。
就这样，三缺一。但是直接起八还是做不到。
还是万能的群友提供了解决方案。
毒可以用在BB的回合中嘛。
在BB的蓝回合中打掉并重新毒绿，就能不影响最后的颜色。
但是也实现了脚的更名。
以我的理解，三个人先放6个8脚。。毒绿。。所有脚都归Jarvis、、然后上BB。。等到蓝色回合。。随便补两个8上去就是了。。9:44但是这样BB完了是绿色的9:44各位大佬，三个蓝军用… / 2蓝军就好了吧9:44但是最后会留个绿八啊。。。9:45你们几个转绿不就行了9:45 / 暴论9:45Bb，等第二回合，9:46 / 打掉，cap，毒绿9:46！9:46 / 然后等再转蓝的时候补脚9:46要不、、还得多跟大佬学习呢。。9:46 / 第四篇稿子有了9:47

为了避免遇到上次下雨刮风停船的情况。。
这次选的是个大晴天。
没啥云的，特别晒的那种大晴天。。
三人走到湖边。。下午两点半。。正是燥热难忍的光晌。
一看这湖心岛，远远地看的特别清楚。。
但是湖中并没有游船。。
三人心头一凉，md别是又不开船。。
走到码头一看。果不其然。

于是三人继续围着岛绕圈。
然后又发现好多可以申的。

Water Park, formerly called Qinglongtan, traces its history to the beginning of the last century.
It officially opened on July 1, 1951, and is known as the north’s little West Lake.
Its three main lakes—east, west, and south—and eleven islands gave it the name Water Park.
Water Park; West Lake; East Lake; Waterfowl Lake; Tianjin Zoo; Water Park West Road; Water Park East Road; Binshui West Road.
With numerous sights and inscribed stones, it has one of Tianjin’s highest Portal densities.
A few days ago, after his usual Portal rounds, @Xyinkl looked across the water and wondered.
There was clearly a fairly large island, with pavilions, covered walkways, an arched bridge, and Buddhist statues.
So why no Portals?
With that question, @lzsvictor, @43161364, @csdlbx, and @Xyinkl rented a boat and set off on an XM investigation.

Circling the island by boat, they found several Buddhist statues, a pavilion, an arched bridge, and a Buddhist hall.
This statue especially stood out. On the north island’s southern shore, it was white marble, roughly one meter tall. Its base was over two meters high and clearly added later. Missing its left arm*, pointing at the ground with its right index finger, it stood tall, solemn, and archaic.
* A monk severing his arm may signify wholehearted devotion to seeking the Dharma. During the Northern and Southern Dynasties, the monk Shenguang heard that Bodhidharma was at Shalin and went there. He attended him morning and evening but heard no instruction, so he cut off his arm and laid it before his teacher. Bodhidharma later passed his robe and bowl to Shenguang, who became Huike, the second Chan patriarch. See Record of the Transmission of the Lamp, volume three. Tang poet Jia Dao wrote in “To the Venerable Shaoming”: “Did the patriarch depart without a word? The mind was transmitted through a severed arm.” Song writer Ouyang Xiu’s “Epitaph for Minister Ouyang of the Ministry of Works” says: “Earlier, during a drought in the capital, a Buddhist severed his arm to pray for rain; officials built him a temple on Guishan.”
A splendid island! Delighted, everyone claimed a nomination to submit.
A month later, rejection after rejection. Reason: no pedestrian access.

Last time, our boat-borne Portal nominations were all rejected.
@Xyinkl obtained two rejected Portal photos from @43161364 and resubmitted them.
He repeatedly clarified the location and explained the criteria.
After an Upgrade, they passed quickly, with fairly high ratings.
Email received, +1000 AP, Key awarded.

Overjoyed, he was ready to gather people for another boat trip to capture the Portal.
But someone pointed out that the Portal had not appeared.

Did the Buddha not want to join the XM network?
When even the all-knowing glyph-hacking group had no answer,
@Xyinkl brought out Google.
He found, in turn:
1. Some Pokémon players experience a delay after a nomination is approved. Portal data does not sync to all Niantic games immediately; try downloading Ingress or looking in IITC.
2. Pokémon GO uses larger cells than Ingress, so it does not display every Ingress Portal.
Fat lot of use those answers were.
Fortunately, the official Wayfarer forum offered something close to an answer.

The email had arrived at one in the afternoon; the post was from exactly two days earlier.
An Upgrade had indeed been used to speed things up.
Everyone reported getting the email but seeing no live Portal and receiving no Key.
The post said there still were not enough positive votes after the Upgrade.
(Then what kind of approval email did you send me?!)
The post said, “Manual intervention—we’ll handle it manually where appropriate.”
But at Niantic speed… who could say when?
Friends in the group activated their mockery skills too.
(Not sure whether they were mocking me for just paying protection money, or NIA for collecting it.)

Then, unexpectedly,
At midnight, just as @Xyinkl was about to write a complaint ticket,
The Portal went live.
The next day, the Key arrived.
Thus was born central Tianjin’s only Portal that required a boat to reach.
At last, we could get people together to build an L8 out on the lake.
But human plans are no match for heaven.

Last time, the statue Portal on Water Park’s Wanfo Island finally appeared.
So everyone agreed to “pay respects to the Buddha” on Sunday.
At noon that day, five blue and one green assembled.
Lunch first, boating afterward.
Well fed and watered, everyone ambled toward the pier.
At the pier, no one was selling tickets.
Only a sign remained:
“Boating suspended due to strong winds.”
Unwilling to give up, they tried another pier.
Same sign.
The old boat attendant said,
Go home, go home.
Too windy. No boating today.
Helpless, the group scattered.
As the poem goes:
Buddha ferries no one; we must cross by ourselves.
Our lake-bound L8 plan was blown away.

Last time, a group went to build an L8.
But strong winds stopped the boats, so they could not reach the island.
Two weeks passed. Another weekend.
@Xyinkl started urging the group to go boating again.
Sadly, after last time’s mishap, Enthusiasm was low.
Luckily, Niantic launched a double-deploy event just in time.
Each person could deploy two L8 Resonators.
Now it seemed four people would be enough.
Still, few answered.
By Friday night, only @csdlbx had signed up.
Dammit, how do two people build an L8? A Battle Beacon?
Wait, thought @Xyinkl.
If each person can deploy two L8s,
Flip it green, then use a BB—two people really could build an L8.
But it would end up green.
And boat rental was 130 yuan an hour.
Pay another 130 and drift on the lake for over an hour, waiting for flip cooldown?
Saturday morning, after more persuasion, @Xiaobo2hhh said yes.
Three, one short. Still not enough to build an L8 directly.
The all-powerful group supplied the solution.
You can flip during a Battle Beacon round.
Take it down and flip it green again during a blue BB round, and the final color stays unaffected.
But the Resonator ownership is still changed.
As I understand it, three people deploy six L8 Resonators, then flip the Portal green with a Jarvis Virus so all the Resonators belong to Jarvis. Put up a Battle Beacon, wait for the blue round, and add two more L8s.9:44.But then it’ll be green when the BB ends.9:44.“Experts, three Resistance Agents using…” Two Resistance Agents should be enough, right?9:44.But we’ll end up leaving a green P8…9:45.Why don’t you lot just switch to green?9:45. Plan settled, the three agreed: park, two in the afternoon.
@Xyinkl and @csdlbx took the opportunity to have pork-stomach chicken hotpot for lunch; we shall pass over that here.
To avoid another rain-and-wind suspension,
This time they chose a very clear day.
The almost-no-clouds, scorching kind of clear.
The three reached the lakeside at 2:30, in the unbearable afternoon heat.
The island in the lake was perfectly clear in the distance.
But there were no boats on the water.
Their hearts sank. Damn, not closed again…
At the pier, Sure enough.
Danger at the pier: do not climb over. Swimming in the lake is strictly prohibited. Tianjin Water Park reminds you: deep water—keep away. No swimming, fishing, climbing over, or playing in the water.
Hmm, zoom in a little.
Ticket sales suspended. Boats suspended due to weather. Only a ¥400 deposit is collected at rental. No deposit refund if the token is lost. Capacity must not be exceeded, including infants and young children.
What the hell? Blue sky, white clouds—and still no boats?
All three instantly deflated.
Second visit, and still no boating.
What rotten luck.
Still unwilling to give up, they asked the ticket lady when the boats might run.

Though ten thousand swearing alpacas galloped through his head, he gave his number and spoke nicely.

水上公園は、かつて青龍潭と呼ばれ、歴史は前世紀初頭にさかのぼる。
1951年7月1日に正式開園し、北方の小西湖と呼ばれる。
東・西・南の3大湖と11の島から成るため、水上公園と名付けられた。
水上公園、西湖、東湖、水禽湖、天津動物園、水上公園西路、水上公園東路、賓水西道。
景観や碑石が多く、Portal密度も天津屈指だ。
数日前、日課のPortal巡りを終えた@Xyinklは、水面を前に疑問を抱いた。
そこには明らかに大きな島があり、亭や回廊、橋のアーチ、仏像も見えた。
なのに、なぜPortalがない？
その疑問を胸に、@lzsvictor、@43161364、@csdlbx、@Xyinklは船を借り、XM調査へ出発した。

船で島を一周すると、いくつもの仏像、亭一つ、アーチ橋一つ、仏堂一つを見つけた。
特に目を引いたのが、この仏像。北の島の南岸にあり、白大理石製で、高さは目測約1メートル。2メートル以上の台座があり、明らかに後付けだった。左腕を失い*、右手の人差し指で地面を指す。高く威厳があり、古風な趣だ。
※僧の断臂は、法を求める一心を示すという。南北朝時代、僧・神光は達磨が沙林にいると聞いて訪ねた。朝夕仕えたが教えを聞けず、腕を切って師の前に置いた。後に達磨は神光へ衣鉢を伝え、これが禅宗二祖の慧可となった。『景徳伝灯録』巻三に見える。唐の賈島「紹明上人に贈る」には「祖は豈に言無くして去らんや、心は断臂に因りて伝わる」とある。宋の欧陽修「工部郎中欧陽公墓誌」には「先に京師で旱魃があり、仏徒が腕を断って雨を祈った。官はそのため亀山に寺を建てた」とある。
なんとすばらしい島。皆喜び、それぞれ申請を引き受けた。
1か月後、次々に却下された。理由は、歩行者がアクセスできないこと。

前回、船に乗って申請したPortalは、ことごとく却下された。
@Xyinklは@43161364から却下されたPortalの写真2枚をもらい、再申請した。
立地と規則を、繰り返し説明した。
Upgrade後、すぐに承認。評価も低くなかった。
メール到着、+1000 AP、Key獲得。
Gmail Botから転送、[email protected]。Portal審査完了：断臂仏塔。エージェント、お見事です。申請が承認され、このPortalがスキャナーとIntel Mapで利用できるようになりました。発見の報酬として1,000 APとこのPortalのKeyを付与しました。――NianticOps水上公園の湖心の小島に設けられた万仏島は、仏教文化をテーマとする観光エリアです。北島は長さ100m、幅50m、面積約4,000㎡。南島は長さ50m、幅20m、面積900㎡。両島は石橋で結ばれています。この仏像は北島南岸にあり、純白の大理石製で、目測約1m。2m以上の台座があり、明らかに後から付けられたものです。左腕が欠け、右手の人差し指は地面を指しています。高く威厳があり、古朴な佇まいです。Copyright©2015–2021Niantic,Inc. 無断転載禁止。ヘルプセンター、プライバシーポリシー、利用規約。14:27。
大喜びで、また船に乗ってPortalを取ろうと仲間を誘いかけた。
ところが、Portalがまだ出ていないと指摘された。
43161364、返信14:17：「見当たらないけど？」@Xyinkl14:17。「？？」14:18。戻る、メニュー、ハイライトなし、タップして情報画面へ、すべて、地図：完了。
疑問、困惑。
仏像はXMネットワークに入りたくないのか？
万能のグリフハックグループでも答えが出ず、
@XyinklはGoogleを召喚した。
順に見つかったのは、
1. ポケモンのプレイヤーでは、申請後の登場が遅れることがある。Portalデータは全Nianticゲームへすぐ同期されないので、Ingressを入れるかIITCで見てみよう、というもの。
2. Pokémon GOのセルはIngressより大きいため、Ingressの全Portalは表示されない。
そんな答え、何の役にも立たない。
幸い、公式Wayfarerフォーラムに、それらしい答えがあった。
［既知の問題］アップグレード処理の遅延。NianticCasey-ING、投稿534件、Niantic管理者。2020年3月、同年7月編集。アップグレードを適時に処理できなくしているいくつかの問題を調査中です。1．不適切語句の誤判定：一部のアップグレード済み申請が不適切な語句を含むと誤認され、保留状態になっていました。多くは手動で審査済みですが、この問題でまだ保留されていると思われる場合は、申請を編集して再審査に出してください。投票段階に入っていなければ、文章を編集できます。2．不正利用の誤判定：一部のWayspotがOPR不正利用としてマークされ、処理できなくなっていました。不正利用としてマークされた候補は、その候補だけでなく申請者の履歴全体も詳しく審査するため、時間がかかります。3．票数不足：アップグレード済み申請の一部は投票を終えていますが、先へ進むのに必要な票が集まるのを待っているものもあります。自動で対処する方法を開発中です。それまでの間、一部のアップグレード済み申請について手動審査を依頼しています。対応が完了するまでお待ちいただき、ありがとうございます。
メールは午後1時に届いた。投稿はちょうど2日前のものだった。
確かにUpgradeで審査を加速していた。
皆、メールは来たがPortalが現れず、Keyもないと言っていた。
投稿によれば、Upgrade後も賛成票がまだ足りないのが原因だという。
（じゃあ、何の承認メールを送ってきたんだよ。）
投稿には「手動、手動。適宜手動で対応します」とあった。
でもNianticの速度では……いつになるやら。
グループの友人たちも、からかいスキルを発動した。
（払ったばかりの私をからかったのか、みかじめ料を取るNIAをからかったのかは分からない。）
早く早く、問い合わせチケットを！23:06。何しろ高貴なるサブスク会員様だしね。23:07。優先窓口くらいあるんじゃない？23:07。……23:07。試してみるよ。23:07。
だが予想外に、
その夜0時、@Xyinklが抗議チケットを書こうとしたとき、
Portalが登場した。
翌日、Keyも来た。
こうして天津市街で唯一、船が必要なPortalが誕生した。
ついに、湖の上でL8を作ろうと人を誘える。
だが、人の計算は天にはかなわない。

6/6 2021 SUN 青龍潭 曇り・強風
前回、水上公園の万仏島に仏像Portalがようやく登場した。
そこで日曜に「仏参り」をする約束になった。
当日正午、青5人、緑1人が集合した。
食事をしてから船に乗る予定だ。
十分食べて飲み、ゆっくり船着き場へ向かった。
ところが、切符を売る人がいない。
あるのは看板だけ。
「強風のため運休」
諦めきれず、別の船着き場へ。
同じ看板。
船番のおじいさんが言った。
帰りな、帰りな。
風が強い。今日は乗れないよ。
皆なすすべなく、ばらばらに解散した。
詩に曰く、
仏は人を渡さず、人は自ら渡るのみ。
湖上のL8、風に吹かれて立ち消える。
L8構築の行方は、

6/19 2021 Sat 水上公園 晴れ
前回、一行はL8を作りに行った。
だが強風で船が止まり、島へ行けなかった。
2週間たち、また週末。
@Xyinklはまた、みんなを船へとけしかけ始めた。
残念ながら前回の一件で、皆の乗り気は薄かった。
幸い、Nianticがちょうど倍増イベントを始めた。
1人でL8レゾネーターを2本置ける。
これなら4人でL8を作れそうだ。
それでも返事は少ない。
金曜夜までに申し込んだのは@csdlbxだけ。
くそ、2人でどうL8にする？ BBか？
待て、と@Xyinklは考えた。
各自がL8を2本置けるなら、
まず緑に反転してからBBなら、2人でもL8にできる。
ただし最後は緑のL8になる。
しかも船代は1時間130元。
追加で130元払い、反転のクールダウンを待って1時間以上湖を漂うのか？
土曜朝、さらに誘うと@Xiaobo2hhhが参加できると言った。
これで3人、あと1人。やはり普通にはL8を作れない。
解決策を出したのは、やはり万能のグループ仲間。
反転アイテムはBBのラウンド中にも使えるよ。
BBの青ラウンドで落とし、再び緑へ反転すれば、最終的な色には影響しない。
それでもレゾネーターの名義は変わる。
自分の理解では、3人でL8レゾネーターを6本置き、Jarvis Virusで緑に反転して全レゾをJarvis所有にする。その後BBを使い、青のラウンドになったらL8をあと2本置けばいい。9:44。でも、それだとBBが終わったら緑だよね。9:44。「皆さん、Resistance3人で…」Resistance2人でいいんじゃない？9:44。でも最後に緑のP8が残っちゃうよ…9:45。君たちが緑に転向すればいいじゃん。9:45。暴論だ。9:45。BBの第2ラウンドを待つ。9:46。壊して、キャプチャーして、緑に反転。9:46。！9:46。その後、また青に変わったときにレゾを補充する。9:46。やっぱり、上級者にはまだまだ学ばないとね。9:46。4本目の記事ができた。9:47。
案ができ、3人は午後2時、公園集合と決めた。
@Xyinklと@csdlbxは昼に豚モツ鶏鍋を食べたが、ここでは脇に置こう。
前回のような雨風での運休を避けるため、
今回は快晴の日を選んだ。
雲がほとんどなく、強烈に照りつける快晴。
3人が湖畔へ来たのは午後2時半。耐えがたい暑さの時間帯だった。
湖心の島は、遠くまでくっきり見えた。
だが湖に遊覧船がない。
3人の心が冷えた。くそ、また運休なのか……。
船着き場へ行くと、案の定。
桟橋は危険、乗り越え禁止。湖での遊泳を厳禁します。天津水上公園より：深い水は危険です。近づかないでください。遊泳・釣り・乗り越え・水遊び禁止。
うん、少し拡大してみよう。
販売停止。天候により運休。貸出時には保証金400元のみを受領。保証金札を紛失した場合は返金不可。乳幼児を含め定員超過は禁止。
何だよ。青空に白い雲なのに、それでも船を出さないのか？
3人とも一気に落ち込んだ。
2回目なのに、まだ乗れない。
ついてない。
諦めきれず、切符売りの女性に、いつ出せるのかと聞いた。
電話番号を置いていきな、と言われた。
心の中を罵声のアルパカが何万頭も駆けたが、仕方なく番号を伝え、丁寧に頼んだ。

最後の抵抗を終え、30度を超える日差しに焼かれながら、
3人は生きる気力を失った顔で、隣の商業施設へかき氷を食べに行った。
賊も手ぶらでは帰らない。無駄足で終われるものか。
